What AskGogo is

AskGogo is an AI assistant you use through WhatsApp. It can set reminders, keep lists, track expenses, read documents you send it, and answer questions. Availability of any particular feature can change as we build.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You need your own WhatsApp account on a number you control.

Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number. If you stop using that number, or transfer it to someone else, tell us — otherwise the next person to hold it may reach your data. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

Reminding other people

You can ask AskGogo to remind someone else. When you do, you confirm that you have that person's permission to send them messages, and that the number belongs to them. AskGogo sends those reminders in your name. Anyone can reply STOP to stop receiving them, and we will honour that immediately.

What you must not do

We can suspend or close an account that does any of these. Messaging through WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's own policies, and a breach of those can cost you access regardless of what we decide.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include taxes where they apply. If we change prices, we will tell you before the change affects your next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Limits

Each plan includes a set number of actions. When you reach a limit, AskGogo will tell you rather than fail silently. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service, and we will tell you if that affects you.

What you own, what we own

Your content stays yours — your reminders, lists, notes and documents. You give us permission to store and process them so the service can work. AskGogo itself, including the software, name and design, stays ours.

What AskGogo is not

AskGogo generates answers using AI models, and AI models can be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything that matters. Reminders depend on WhatsApp and on networks we do not control, so do not use AskGogo as the only safeguard for something critical — medication, a court date, a flight.

Availability

We aim to keep AskGogo running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we will give notice where a change materially reduces what you have paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a reminder that did not arrive.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account. We can end this agreement if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you on WhatsApp if the change is significant. Continuing to use AskGogo after that means you accept the new terms.
