Your data, your rules.
An assistant that remembers your life has to be clear about what it keeps, why, and how you take it back.
For Gogo to be useful, it has to remember things about you: your preferences, your documents, your family's names, the bills you pay. That is a lot of trust to ask for. We think the only way to earn it is to be plain about how it works.
What we keep, and why
Gogo keeps what you tell it and what you send it, so it does not have to ask again. It keeps what it did for you, so you can check. It keeps the source of each memory, so you know where a fact came from. It does not keep things it has no use for, and it does not go looking through apps you have not connected.
You can see all of it
Everything Gogo remembers about you is visible on the dashboard, with its source. If something is wrong, you correct it and the correction sticks. If something should not be there, you delete it.
Deleted should mean gone, not hidden.
Connections are yours to switch
Gogo only uses the apps you connect, one at a time, when a task needs them. It asks for the least access that works: reading where reading is enough. Disconnecting an app stops Gogo using it straight away.
What we will not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your memories to target advertising. Payments and messages to other people never happen without your approval, whatever setting you choose.
Leaving is easy
If you decide AskGogo is not for you, you can export what Gogo remembers and delete your account. We would rather you leave easily than stay because leaving is hard.
These are the commitments we hold ourselves to while we build. Our privacy policy has the formal version, and if anything here ever changes, we will tell you before it does.
